Terms of use

Effective date

These terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the Teacher Growth LMS (the "Service") operated by the King Sejong Institute Foundation (the "Foundation"), and the rights and responsibilities of users and the Foundation.

1. Who can use the Service and accounts

The Service is for teachers selected for the program and for mentors and administrators. Accounts are created from the activation or invitation email you receive. Only you may use your account, and you may not lend or share it.

2. What the Service provides

  • Online video lessons and review quizzes
  • Live sessions and small-group mentoring
  • Assignment submission and feedback
  • Completion tracking and certificates
  • Growth voucher requests and delivery
  • The AI learning assistant and inquiry support

3. Your responsibilities

  • Write and submit your own assignments and posts.
  • Do not collect or post other people's personal information without permission.
  • Do not upload material that infringes copyright or other rights.
  • Do not copy or distribute learning content without permission.
  • Do not interfere with the operation of the Service.

4. Content rights

Copyright in learning content belongs to the Foundation and the original authors. You keep the copyright in the assignments and posts you upload, and the Foundation may use them as needed to run the program. We will ask for your consent before sharing your work publicly as a showcase example.

5. AI features

Responses from the AI learning assistant and comment drafts from AI grading support are for reference only. Mentors and administrators review and make decisions on assignment evaluations and completion.

6. Changes and interruptions

The Service may be paused for maintenance or outages, and we will let you know in advance whenever possible. We do not change the system during assignment deadlines or live special lectures.

7. Restrictions

If you break these terms, we may take necessary action such as a warning, removing posts, or restricting access. We will tell you the reason and give you a chance to explain before taking action.

8. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will post a notice at least 7 days before the change takes effect.
